2. Do you offer International Shipping?
- Yes, we do ship to Brunei and Singapore. Below are the Shipping Fees for both countries.

3. How do I track my parcel?
- Once the parcels are ready to be posted, customers will received the tracking number link via email.
4. Can I change my shipping address?
- Once you have submitted your payment, you will not be able to change the shipping address on the website itself, but fret not, we are more than happy to help you on this matter! Do contact our Customer Service Team via Whatsapp or Instagram's DM.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
- We do postage every Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week.
- It will take 2 - 3 working days for it to arrived on your end. This will not be the case in situation such as during Sale Period, Weekends and Public Holidays.
6. Can I combine my next order with my previous purchase on website?
- We couldn't seems to combine previous postage with the latest ones as we want to avoid any mistakes from the order you have made.
