Refund Policy

NEDIRA EMPIRE PLT ('us', 'we' or 'our') operates (the 'Site'). This page informs you of our policies regarding the refund policy for users of the Site.


Our refund period will last for 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. To complete your request for return/refund/missing items, we require a proof of purchase. 

Please take note that the items are vintage items which is all in good condition. However, do expect some natural signs of wear/age (if any)


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • It is eligible for return only if your item is in wrong size.

Refund (if applicable):

  • We will only perform a refund if we shipped out defected item(s) or wrong size as per described.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund request are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund amount will automatically be applied to your store credit which can only be used to purchase products in our website.

Wrong Items/Incomplete Order:

  • If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order, we will make it right. Reach out to our Customer Service team explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • If we cannot track the item, you will be eligible for a refund for the missing piece(s).

Defected/Incomplete Button(s):

  • Our team performed Quality Checking (QC) process for all products as much as 3 times or more. 
  • If you received defected or incomplete buttons, provide us the picture of defected area and button(s).
  • We will inspect the problem and if your appeal is accepted, you are eligible for store credits.
  • For item(s) with incomplete buttons, one incomplete button on one item will be credited with RM2 store credit to be used for your next purchase. There is a maximum claim of 3 buttons per item.

Products on Sale:

  • All product(s) purchased on any sale or discount are not eligible for any returns, refunds or exchange on any occasion or situation.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these policy at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
